Scott Adler
Scott Adler is a Principal with Insight Strategies, LLC. Scott has been in health-care marketing, business development and community organizing for more than 22 years. He has developed strategic partnerships between health-care organizations, schools, churches, municipalities and businesses. In addition to marketing and business development, Scott has managed clinical and retail operations and has extensive process redesign training and experience. He has published articles on his work in relationship marketing, community development and health status improvement as well as a book chapter on quality and customer service.
Scott has been working with organizations and communities across the country for more than 12 years helping them make the right strategic choices to ensure their future success. He is a regularly featured speaker at national conferences. He was a 1994-95 Fellow with The Healthcare Forum and he participated in the Health Care Colloquium at Harvard University. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Detroit-Mercy and was a Diplomat in the American College of Health Care Executives. He was the first elected chair of the internationally recognized and award-winning initiative, “Creating a Healthier Macomb.”
Tej Adidam, Ph.D
Professor Adidam joined the Department of Marketing at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in August 1996, after receiving his Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. He teaches International Marketing, Sales Management and Channels of Distribution to undergraduate business administration students, and Marketing Strategy to MBA and Executive MBA students. His teaching interests also include Strategic Brand Management and Competitive Intelligence. Students in the Executive MBA program have awarded him the Distinguished Executive MBA Professor Award in 2008, 2005, 2004 and 2000. In 2000, he also received the Outstanding MBA Professor of the Year Award. In 2008, he received the University-wide Excellence in Teaching Award, and in 2007, he received the UNO Alumni Outstanding Teaching Award.
Chris Bevolo
Chris Bevolo is president and founder of Interval. He is a frequent keynote speaker and featured presenter at national health-care conferences on the topics of marketing, branding, innovation, the patient experience and consumer trends. Chris also is the author of “A Marketer’s Guide to Brand Strategy: Advanced Techniques for Healthcare Organizations,” as well as numerous articles and papers on health-care marketing. Since 1995, Chris and his team have developed creative and effective marketing campaigns, brand strategies, patient experience innovation and more for healthcare organizations such as Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, Allegiance Health, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Woodwinds Health Campus, North Memorial Health Care, Hudson Hospital, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and the Minnesota Hospital Association.
Judy Jesz
Judy Jesz joined Cassling in 2008 as Director of Professional Services for Cassling. She brings more than 25 years of health-care experience to her role. Judy works with customers to create long-term partnerships by developing custom business strategies, providing timely deliverables and ensuring that the services offered match and meet changes in the industry.
Prior to joining Cassling, Judy worked at The Nebraska Medical Center. While there, she gained both clinical and operational experience in both inpatient and outpatient environments. She managed professional, technical and clerical staff including registered nurses, technicians, schedulers, coders and billers. She was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, performance improvement, risk management, patient safety and physician recruitment.
Jennifer A. Murnane, Ph.D.
Jennifer Murnane served as the inaugural Assistant Director of Bellevue University's Human Capital Lab. In this role, she worked directly with Fortune 500 companies, such as Chrysler, US Bank, Sun Microsystems and Mutual of Omaha, helping to determine the value and ROI of their learning programs. Jennifer continues to conduct research with the Human Capital Lab, focusing primarily on non-profit organization leadership. Previously, Jennifer was a director for a Fortune 1000 company, a licensed investment adviser and she held collegiate-level teaching positions.
