H. Robert Cassling, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Bob Cassling holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Iowa. Prior to founding Cassling in 1984, Bob held various sales and senior management positions in the medical imaging business at Picker International.
Bob’s simple philosophy of focusing on the customer has been instrumental in the development and growth of Cassling. |

Mike Cassling, President and CEO
Mike Cassling holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in general accounting and marketing. He completed the Graduate School of Sales and Marketing at Syracuse University in 1992.
Joining the Cassling team in 1985, Mike worked in sales and served as the vice president of sales and marketing before being appointed president in 1996. Under his leadership, the company earned the Gold Well Workplace Award as well as the 2008 Omaha Chamber of Commerce Business in Excellence Award. He is active in the Omaha community, and serves as president of the Millard Public Schools Foundation Board of Directors and Chairman of the Salvation Army Board of Directors.

Andy Beer, Vice President of Sales
Andy Beer received his business administration degree at Iowa State University and completed the Alternative MBA course at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business.
Andy is a veteran of the diagnostic and medical imaging industry. He spent 12 years at Siemens Medical Solutions where he gained direct sales and management experience before joining Cassling in 2002.
While at Siemens, Andy received a number of company awards and honors, including the Circle of Excellence Award and the Masters Award. He stays involved in the community by donating time to his church and coaching youth basketball. |

Steve Chambers, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations
Steve Chambers graduated with Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1986. He is a certified public accountant and joined Cassling in 1990. Prior to joining Cassling, he worked in public accounting at Deloitte and Touche.
Steve is active in the community through his church and little league coaching, including serving as treasurer of a local soccer club. Steve also is a member of the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Lindsay Cosimano, APR, PCM, Vice President of Marketing
Lindsay Cosimano holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a bachelor of science degree in business communication from the University of Kansas.
Lindsay joined Cassling in 2000 and has more than ten years of health-care marketing experience. She is past president of the Nebraska Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, a member of the American Marketing Association and serves on the Wellness Council of the Midlands board of directors. |

Marty Huebner, Senior Vice President of Service
Marty Huebner has an educational background in electronics technology and business management. After spending 18 years at Picker International, Marty joined Cassling in 1994. Marty has more than 30 years of experience in medical diagnostic imaging field service and field service management.

Robert Moss, Senior Vice President
Robert Moss graduated from the Plan II Honors Program with a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He joined Cassling in February 2007 and has more than 20 years of health-care related experience.
Robert oversees the sales management team and helps drive Cassling’s modality and clinical networking revenue. During his spare time, Robert enjoys playing and coaching soccer. He has coached competitive, academy and recreational soccer for the past nine years and has played the sport for 35 years. |

Kyle Salem, Ph.D., Vice President of Product Strategy
Kyle Salem joined Cassling in February 2005 as director of clinical imaging technology and later transitioned to strategic sales executive. He earned a doctor of philosophy and an undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University. |

Ken Vetter, Vice President
Ken Vetter holds an associate degree in Electronic Technology. He began his career in the X-ray business as a service engineer in 1964 and entered sales in 1967.
He is a founding member of Cassling and is well-versed in all phases of sales and field service. Ken is an active member of his church, serving on a number of boards and committees.

Randy Wobig, BS, RST, RDMS, RVT, Vice President of Services
Randy Wobig received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He joined Cassling in 1999 with more than 20 years of clinical experience in the diagnostic imaging field and image/information management.
Before being named vice president of clinical networking in 2001, Randy served as a project manager, clinical network specialist and director of clinical applications. |
