Purpose of Position
Graphic artist will strengthen Cassling’s marketing efforts by developing a consistent brand image and providing graphic design and web skills. This position has direct impact on Cassling’s delivery of quality customer service.
- Design collateral material including direct mail pieces, advertisements, brochures, news releases, case studies and newsletters.
- Work with marketing team to concept marketing campaigns to support Cassling’s strategic initiatives.
- Manage corporate Web site including animation, development and editing.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required by supervisor.
- Graphic artist will work with all levels of management, the marketing and sales teams and directly with customers.
Education, Experience, & Skills
- College degree required in journalism, graphic design or related field.
- Minimum of five years in graphic design.
- Experience in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver and related graphic programs.
- Able to work independently at handling multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent, interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
- Able to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace Policy.
Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to improve business and operating results by generating sales of Cassling products and services through consultation with and service provided to customers and potential customers. The position has direct impact on company profitability and the delivery of quality customer service.
- Capable of promoting and selling the CDI full product line with minimal support from CDI or vendor specialists. Must have an in-depth knowledge of all current and future projects in the assigned territory at all times.
- Call on and consult with (by mail, phone and in person) accounts in designated territory, promoting the sale of CDI's full product line, and advising them on appropriate needs and problems.
- Weekly use of the Sales Force for each project.
- Generate leads for continued relationships with existing and new customers.
- By in-person contact, telephone and/or mail, responsible for sales follow-up activity with customers.
- Develop and deliver presentations to all levels of hospital staff, from techs to C-level personnel.
- Provide all vital information on customer needs to the appropriate PSE to configure in the quotation process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all decision makers / influencers within each assigned account.
- Coordinates customer site visits well in advance, ensuring a professional performance while managing the expense.
- Follow up on all leads, involving all appropriate personnel, including PSE’s, IT Sales Specialists, CDI management, etc.
- Develop and deliver forecasting data to CDI staff and management, on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Ability to consistently reach and/or surpass quotas developed from forecasting information
- Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request:
Immunizations, Drug Screening, and Background Check
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent with appropriate experience, with vocational training in technical service or radiology; or 4-year college degree in business, marketing, or finance.
- Experience: Three to five years of experience selling capital medical equipment, or equivalent work experience
- Willing and able to participate in on-the-job training with other sales personnel, including attendance in any appropriate manufacturer sales training schools.
- Good written, listening and oral communication skills.
- Able to contact customers by telephone, mail and in-person visits including driving a motor vehicle to sites.
- Maintain DMV (motor vehicle) record as described in Fleet Policy.
- Able and willing to work in a minimally structured and loosely supervised work environment.
- Willing and able to work beyond normal 40 hour work week, with irregular working hours, sustaining whatever effort is necessary to get the job done.
- A team player, cooperative.
- Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace policy
