Medical
When it comes to your health, Cassling wants you to have access to all the resources necessary to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle. To help achieve this goal, Cassling provides a comprehensive medical benefit plan. Cassling knows that preventative care is key to long-term health and wellness. With Cassling’s medical benefits, all preventative care is covered at 100 percent up to $500.00 per year.

Dental
Preventative care is the key to good dental health. Access to regular teeth cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments and more, are important to the health of you and your family. Similar to Cassling’s medical benefits, Cassling’s dental plan provides you with 100 percent of your preventative care, deductible waived.

Vision
The plan enables participants to get lenses every 12 months and frames every 24 months for an annual copay of $15, or up to $120 every year for contacts without a copay.

Bob Bucks
Cassling’s Bob Bucks program is designed to reinforce Cassling values and goals. Managers recognize employees who exhibit one or more of the company’s 11 key descriptors, which directly correlate with the company’s three-year strategic plan. Employees receive certificates that can be redeemed at GiftCertificates.com, Nebraska Furniture Mart and Omaha Steaks.

401(k)
Investing in your future is vital. At Cassling, you can help prepare for your future by participating in the 401(k) Flexible Savings Plan. Cassling’s 401(k) plan offers a 100 percent match for the first three percent of employee deferral and 50 percent of the next two percent deferred (maximum match equals four percent). You are always 100 percent vested in your contributions. Employees also receive an annual discretionary contribution based on length of service, which automatically is deposited in their 401(k) account. Plus, by attending quarterly informational sessions, you’ll have the tools to make wise financial investments.

Tuition Reimbursement
At Cassling, our greatest asset is our employees. We know that when you have the resources you need to grow professionally and personally; Cassling grows too. Cassling’s tuition reimbursement program will help you attain your degree, by reimbursing up to 85 percent of each credit hour for students who receive a ‘C’ or above.

Cassling University
Having access to industry and company news, along with personal growth training is vital to your success as a Cassling employee. In the constantly changing world of health-care imaging, Cassling University will arm you with the knowledge you need to grow as an employee, improve customer service and stay current with the latest industry trends. Offerings include an online training portal, on-site sessions and business-related audio books, to meet a variety of learning styles and interests. Cassling University is free to spouses as well.

Alegent Employee Assistance Program
Cassling offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help employees cope with a variety of issues that can interfere with their overall well-being, relationships, self-esteem and performance at home or work.
