Omaha, Neb. (March 6, 2015) – CQuence Health Group leadership is very proud to announce that, starting April 1, 2015, all current employees of CQuence, Cassling and Ensocare will receive a new benefit: volunteer time off (VTO).

CQuence is the parent company of Cassling and Ensocare.

This unique benefit showcases our company’s spirit of giving. CQuence is now among only 16 percent of employers in the United States to offer VTO, according to a report by the Society for Human Resource Management.

CQuence management understands that when we give back, we strengthen our communities, and consequently, our employees and operations. Supporting evidence shows that companies with active VTO programs benefit by fostering increased loyalty and heightened engagement.

CQuence employees have always been encouraged and empowered to volunteer and donate to the organizations and causes that mean most to them, either on their own or through volunteer and donation activities organized quarterly by our CQuence Cares program.

Last year, CQuence, Cassling and Ensocare employees spent well over 300 documented hours—and likely many more unreported—volunteering for causes important to them. Now they will be able to do this important work and use paid time off to do it.
