Omaha, Neb. (Nov. 20, 2008) – Cassling President and CEO Mike Cassling and his team of six drivers will travel to Mexico this week to compete in the 41st Annual Baja 1000 Race Nov. 19-21.
This is Cassling’s second consecutive appearance in the 1,300-mile race from Ensenada to Cabo San Lucas, Nov. Joining him are Omaha businessmen: Brad Crosby, Airlite Plastics; and Mike Mitten, Lees Carpets. Also on the team are Roberto Guerrero, celebrated Indy Car Racer; his son, Marco Guerrero; and Craig Donaldson.

Omaha, Neb. (Nov. 14, 2008) – Mike Cassling, president and CEO of Cassling will join Omaha leadership to help launch the 2008 Salvation Army Tree of Lights kick off.
The event begins at 6 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 14, and will be held at 90th and Dodge Streets. The Tree of Lights goal is $2,800,000 this year. In 2007, The Salvation Army assisted more than 170,000 people in the greater Omaha community.
