Lindsay Cosimano, vice president of marketing Omaha, Neb. (October 24, 2007) – Cassling Diagnostic Imaging recentl promoted Tim Elder to Regional Service Manager, the company’s fifth internal promotion since January 2007. Elder joined Cassling in 2003 as a field service engineer. As regional service manager, he will be responsible for service in South Dakota and northwest Iowa. Senior Vice President of Service Marty Huebner said, “Over the last four years, Tim has exhibited key customer satisfaction skills, which represent the core values Cassling was founded on. His strong service background will benefit our customers and employees alike as he moves into this managerial role.” Elder earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University. Prior to joining Cassling, he worked as a customer engineer in Dallas, Texas. Tim has nearly 10 years of experience in service and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems. In addition to Elder, Cassling recently promoted Karen Culbertson to director of service operations, Marty Huebner to senior vice president of service, Kyle Salem to vice president of advanced imaging and Becky Stahl to customer support executive.
