Amy Adkins, marketing coordinator Operations Experience Leads to Promotion for Cassling Employee Omaha, Neb. (June 2, 2008) - Cassling is pleased to announce the promotion of long-time employee Michelle Heaton, from senior billing specialist to parts manager.
Heaton joined the company in 1998 and since then has worked in customer service, parts and billing. As parts manager, she is responsible for all operational functions and business activities of the parts and logistics team. This is her second promotion in two years. Director of Service Operations Karen Culbertson said, "Michelle has been involved in two software conversions, implementation of the remote work order system and employee applications training. She is well-versed in all areas of Cassling's operations and this will aid her in her new position." In addition to her operations knowledge, Heaton is a member of Cassling's strategic planning team.
