Cassling Expands Management Team to Accommodate Projected Growth
Omaha, Neb. (March 13, 2007) –Cassling is pleased to announce organizational changes to help meet projected growth and expand its leadership team. Effectively immediately, the following changes have occurred:
- Marty Huebner, promoted to senior vice president of service
- Robert Moss, joins Cassling as senior vice president
- Andy Beer, will serve as vice president of sales
- Karen Culbertson, promoted to director of service operations
- Pat McDermott, joins Cassling as director of strategy and business development
- Kyle Salem, Ph.D., promoted to vice president of advanced imaging

Marty Huebner, senior vice president of service
Marty joined Cassling in 1994 as vice president of service. Prior to his career at Cassling, he had 18 years of service experience at Picker International. As senior vice president of service, Marty will oversee all aspects of modality and clinical networking service including field service support and service operations.
Robert Moss, senior vice president
Robert will oversee the sales management team. As senior vice president, he will help grow Cassling’s modality and clinical networking revenue, develop a consulting services line and manage strategic accounts.
Robert most recently served as vice president of sales at Partners Imaging, a national health-care organization based in Texas. At Partners Imaging he oversaw sales, marketing and business development initiatives. He graduated from the Plan II Honors Program with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Andy Beer, vice president of sales
Andy will manage Cassling’s account executive team and drive modality and clinical networking revenue growth. He joined Cassling in 2002 after 12 years with Siemens Medical Solutions. He holds a business administration degree from Iowa State University and completed the alternative MBA course at the University of Minnesota School of Business.
Karen Culbertson, director of service operations
Karen has been promoted to director of service operations reporting to Marty Huebner. She will oversee the customer service, billing and service logistics and parts departments. Karen joined Cassling in February 2005 and has an MIS degree from Iowa State University.
Pat McDermott, director of strategy and business development
Pat joined Cassling in January as director of strategy and business development. He oversees Cassling’s strategic plan initiatives. He also will help explore business development opportunities for Cassling. Pat has a Bachelor’s degree from Creighton University and a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Kyle Salem, Ph.D., vice president of advanced imaging
Kyle will manage a team of Cassling product specialists and work closely with the Siemens product specialists. He will oversee the modality business including MRI, CT, molecular imaging, oncology, surgical products and nuclear medicine. Kyle joined Cassling in February 2005 as a director of clinical imaging technology and later transitioned to strategic sales executive. He earned a doctor of philosophy and undergraduate degrees from Case Western Reserve University.
