Greetings from Omaha, Nebraska, home of Cassling Diagnostic Imaging. As Captain of our wellness program, my job is to help promote healthy lifestyles for Cassling’s 150 employees and their families.

Cassling’s journey to wellness started nearly five years ago to help address rising health-insurance costs. Since then, it has grown significantly, with nearly 90 percent of employees participating in the program. We have mapped out new program benefits to include a comprehensive health screen, financial support and motivational incentives.

With the help of my wellness crewmates, we give employees and their families the tools they need to live a balanced, healthy life. Our treasure chest of resources includes:
