As lead support engineer for Clinical Information Management support services at Cassling, Chris Kelly oversees all integration activities and supervises the CIM call center. Cassling's call center provides 24/7 phone support to customers. In addition to his duties as support lead, Chris is the architect of Cassling’s HIPAA Risk Management program, chairs the risk management committee, and is a member of Cassling’s HIPAA review committee.
Chris is a former Marine who began his IT career in 1995 working in Security, Intelligence, and Operations. He has more than 12 years experience in Health Information Technology and holds several IT-related certifications. As a member of the Program Advisory Committee for Information Technology at Kaplan University, Chris is recognized as an expert in his field and lends his advice to ensure the most current and relevant IT curriculum is offered to students. Chris is a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) and Certified Security and Compliance Specialist (CSCS).
