Back in March, we postponed some of our work that you deemed non-essential service, including preventive maintenance (PMs) and modifications (MODs). We wanted to give you time to focus on your pandemic preparations and limit unnecessary exposures from the outside.
After internal discussions and many conversations with our hospital partners about how best to support their facilities, we have decided to once again offer PMs and MODs to our customers.
As stay-in-place orders are relaxed, we will remain flexible to meet your needs. For example, if your ramp-up is slow, we can do PM work now. If you’re already swamped making up for lost volume, we can hold off until later. We can also discuss options of completing PMs outside of patient care hours so you can maximize patient care and system utilization.
Essential service has not, and will not, be disrupted. Thanks to our service engineers being embedded in local communities, healthcare organizations have continued to experience our industry-leading response time during this critical time of need.
