Overview:

Managing change is a crucial skill for leaders in today’s rapidly evolving business environment. As organizations face disruptions from market fluctuations, evolving customer needs and technological advancements (particularly AI), leaders must be equipped to guide their teams through uncertainty and ensure adaptability.

This session will teach effective change management. You’ll learn to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly and provide the necessary support to maintain team morale and productivity during difficult transitions. Adam Haynes is a highly accomplished and experienced professional with a proven track record in human resources, human capital services and change management. With over 20 years of industry expertise, Adam has garnered comprehensive knowledge and skills.

Adam currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Change Management at Omaha Public Power District and previously spent time in similar roles at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In addition, Adam is an adjunct professor at Bellevue University, where he has taught for over 8 years. His areas of specialization include compensation and benefits as well as change management.

Adam graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics and Human Resources and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional results, Adam combines his practical experience and academic insights to effectively navigate the complexities of the human resources landscape and drive positive organizational change.
