Q. When will my promotional items arrive?
All items are subject to a minimum of overall preorders that must be met before printing and shipping. Items will arrive by the end of October and may arrive as early as September. For the most up-to-date information regarding your order, refer to your order confirmation email from Grapevine, our partner for the Rad Tech Week store.
Q. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders!
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a Kentucky, Missouri or Kansas resident, you are subject to sales tax on your order.
Q. What if I have not received my tracking information?
Tracking information will be provided in an email from our partner, Grapevine, when your items have shipped. Check your junk folder if you have not received your tracking information. If you have any questions about your tracking information, please contact email@example.com.
Q. What if my T-shirt does not fit?
Returns and exchanges will not be permitted, as items are printed on demand. All sales are final.
Q. Will my order be canceled if the minimum is not met?
We will do our best to fill all orders. If an order must be canceled, we will notify you immediately and provide additional ordering options.
Q. What if I entered my address incorrectly?
