If you dread the beginning of your work week, you’re not alone. The good news? There are techniques to help you welcome, rather than dread, the week ahead.

This hands-on presentation will explore the anxiety that comes from starting your work week and give you tools to break free from the worries that force you to toss and turn on Sunday night. The presentation is designed to help you reflect on your own personal struggles and learn how you can overcome them so that you approach your week with excitement.

Kristina Faimon, Ph.D.

Associate Professor, Clinical Counseling; Bellevue University

Dr. Faimon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience in clinical, teaching and community work. She received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Faimon had the pleasure of studying with Dr. Brene Brown and is certified in the Daring Way.
