Webinar

Description: Managing a workforce comprised of multiple generations can be challenging at best.  Understanding the characteristics of different generations helps managers make the most of daily interactions with healthcare staff. Helping staff work together as a team, as well as helping them understand and learn to respect each other, gives everyone the opportunity to provide a higher level of teamwork and ultimately better patient care.

Attend this webinar and learn more about how generations are defined and how to communicate better with all imaging staff.  In addition, attendees will learn about how feedback and reward coupled with today’s technology appeals to different generations.  Finally, one of the presenter’s favorite topics—mentoring—will be discussed.
