Q. When will my promotional items arrive?
All items are subject to a set minimum of overall preorders that must be met prior to printing and shipping. Items will arrive no later than the end of September and may arrive as early as August. For the most up-to-date information regarding your order, refer to your order confirmation email from Grapevine, our partner for the MUAM store.
Q. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders!
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a resident of Kentucky, Missouri or Kansas, you are subject to sales tax on your order.
Q. What if I have not received my tracking information?
Tracking information will be provided in an email from our partner, Grapevine, when your items have shipped. Be sure to check your junk folder if you have not received your tracking information. If you have any questions on your tracking information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What if my t-shirt does not fit?
Returns and exchanges will not be permitted, as items are printed on demand. All sales are final.
Q. Will my order be canceled if the minimum is not met?
We will do our best to fill all orders. In the event an order must be canceled, we will notify you right away and provide additional ordering options.
Q. What if I entered my address incorrectly?
