2026 Imaging for Impact Award
Recognizing Imaging Team Excellence in Improving Access & Outcomes

That's why we are excited to announce that applications for the 2026 Imaging for Impact Award are now open. The Imaging for Impact Award recognizes and celebrates imaging teams' contributions to keeping care local and improving patient outcomes.
Our goal is to highlight and foster best-practice sharing, storytelling and collaboration across imaging teams and organizations so we can collectively make an even bigger impact on patient care.

Thank you for taking time to share your team's or organization's efforts. Please complete the form below to submit your application by April 1, 2026.
Purpose:
- Celebrate and recognize imaging teams for their efforts to improve access and outcomes
- Share best practices utilizing stories and innovations from the award entries
Example application initiatives:
- Implementing a patient experience initiative to reduce sedation in pediatric MRI exams
- Partnering with a referring provider office to expand services and keep patients local
- Hosting an after-hours patient-engagement event to boost screening exams
- Creating an interdepartmental process to improve communication between imaging and surgery teams
Award finalist(s) receive:
- All-expense paid trip* to and recognition at Cassling’s Investing In You Educational Summit in Omaha, Nebraska, Aug. 24-25, 2026
- Participation in a live panel discussion at the 2026 Educational Summit to share best practices with Cassling's imaging community
- Featured on Cassling.com
- Press release and social media story
- Award winner will receive a custom award plaque
*The all-expense paid trip will be for one team member to attend the Investing In You 2026 Educational Summit. Other members from your team are encouraged to register and attend the event.
Award Selection Process & Timeline
Completed application forms and supporting materials should be submitted by April 1, 2026. Award finalists will be notified on or around June 1, 2026. The award-winning entry will be announced at Cassling’s Investing In You Educational Summit in Omaha, Nebraska, on August 24-25, 2026.
A panel of healthcare professionals (non-Cassling personnel) will review and grade the applications based on a comprehensive evaluation rubric.

Rules and Eligibility Requirements
Entrants accept full responsibility for review and adherence to any applicable corporate compliance policy as it relates to their facility, including those related to governance of a federally run healthcare institution such as the VA, IHS, DHHS and more. Applicants and award winners must be employed by a healthcare facility and reside within the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin or Wyoming. Completed nomination forms and supporting materials should be submitted by April 1, 2026. Award finalists will be notified on or around June 1, 2026. The award-winning entry will be announced at Cassling’s Investing In You Educational Summit in Omaha, Nebraska, on August 24-25, 2026.
