Our Impact
Making Our Communities Stronger
Giving Back
We strive to make a difference not just through the work we do to help healthcare providers, but through the impact we make directly in our communities.
Coming Together
to Effect Change
Community Health & Wellbeing
We support the health and wellbeing of our communities by partnering with local organizations who contribute to positively impacting healthcare access, curing diseases, and improving quality of life.
Environmental Sustainability
We proactively engage in efforts to recycle, conserve energy and water, and reduce impact to the environment with the goal of creating a more sustainable planet for generations to come.
Access to Arts & Culture
By supporting organizations that allow individuals access to the arts, culture, and athletics, we encourage cultural experiences and growth.
How We Make an Impact
Volunteering
Our corporate and employee-led philanthropy program enables employees to give back to a variety of charitable causes throughout the year. And through a unique benefit — volunteer time off — employees are even able to use paid time off for this important work.

Donating
We encourage everyone to support the causes they care about, and not just through monetary funds. Our team has invested their time and talent to support and serve on the boards of charitable missions across the country, fostering a healthier and more compassionate community and society.

Diversifying
Cassling believes in the creation of a more inclusive, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare landscape, supporting initiatives and investing in companies that enable each individual to obtain the healthcare they need.
Causes Cassling & Our Team Have Supported
To celebrate our 40-year anniversary in 2024, Cassling team members participated in 40 Days of Giving to benefit local nonprofits.

TESTIMONIALS
Hear from our Team
“Covered Colorado is an organization that touched my heart as soon as I learned about the work they do in the community. They are a Colorado-based non-profit that helps sex trafficked individuals get out of the circumstances they are in and provides a safe place for to live. They offer further resources through career education and counseling to nurture a life of self-sufficiency.”

Joe Gonzales
"Since my brother-in-law was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma, I have donated my time and money to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society over the years to help find a cure for this nasty disease. Their 'Light the Night' event is inspirational and heartfelt. I had the opportunity to speak to individuals who have had or dealt with leukemia and how they are coping. The money raised for LLS will hopefully cure leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.”

Dan Olson
“I volunteered with a family member to help campers get to their sites at Prairie Village’s annual jamboree even. At one point during the week, I helped a disabled couple move to a handicap site closer to the events rather than being a quarter mile away. They were grateful that I was able to help them.”

“My dear friend Carolina Padilla founded the Intercultural Senior Center over 15 years ago. Today ISC serves older adults from more than 20 countries. ISC's mission is to improve the dignity, quality of life, and physical well-being of seniors from around the world through advocacy, education, access to social services, and cultural enrichment activities that benefit the entire community.”

Kathy Osborne
“I volunteered with six coworkers to sort 72 boxes of Amazon donations. We also received a tour of their west location and learned more about their support services. It was such a positive experience that this place will be included in future CQ Cares volunteer events. I also provided monetary support. Their need for donations is high as they support families affected by the recent tornados and floods, and their food supplies are short. I am happy to help them to continue to bless those in need.”
