In this presentation, technologists will gain an appreciation of cMR and its role in imaging the heart; specifically, its ability to demonstrate cardiac abnormalities. This discussion will also inform technologists of the alternative tools and methods used to image the heart. Technologists will learn about tissue appearance in cMR and the benefits of using late gadolinium enhancement for cardiac imaging.
