Omaha, Neb. (Oct. 7, 2016) – For the fourth straight year, Cassling's parent company—CQuence Health Group—has earned a top spot in the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” ranking by Modern Healthcare magazine and Best Companies Group.
This year, CQuence was ranked second out of a group of 100 healthcare industry employers. Last year, CQuence earned the number one ranking out of Modern Healthcare’s top group of 100 outstanding workplaces. The Modern Healthcare recognition program, now in its ninth year, honors workplaces throughout the healthcare industry that empower their employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products and services.
“Our employees are the ones who deserve this national recognition,” said CQuence President and CEO Mike Cassling. “The fact that our workplace ranked at the top again is because of the effort our terrific team puts forth every day,” Cassling said. “The culture we’ve built is really special.” CQuence Health Group is the parent company of Cassling, a front-line sales and service dealer for Siemens Healthineers, and Ensocare, a provider of care coordination software.
According to Modern Healthcare, CQuence received the recognition because of its employee-oriented culture. Cassling says the company prides itself on offering programs ranging from paid time off for employees who volunteer to an active employee recognition program. Modern Healthcare “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” recipients are selected based on an in-depth review of a company’s policies, procedures, benefits and employee feedback.
