Cassling-Imaging-for-Impact-Award-MockFounded in 1984, Cassling’s mission is to strengthen community healthcare. The company strives to bring innovative imaging solutions to communities and providers, so that patients and their families can live their best life.

That’s why Cassling is excited to introduce a new awards program that recognizes and celebrates imaging teams’ contributions to keeping care local and improving patient outcomes.

According to Tana Phelps, Vice President of Marketing at Cassling, the goal of the Imaging for Impact Award program is to highlight and foster best-practice sharing, storytelling and learning.

“We are thrilled to recognize, in a formal capacity, the extraordinary work of imaging teams that are improving quality, access, safety, and even community engagement through their patient care efforts,” she said. “We also intend to share out the best practices and innovations that surface from the award entries. There is so much to be learned right within the healthcare community; we want to promote that knowledge-share around the challenges that teams are facing and how they can be overcome—ultimately, to help organizations learn from each other and make an even bigger impact.”

To share those lessons learned, the award finalists will be invited to Cassling’s annual Investing in You Seminar to participate in a panel discussion to discuss their stories. The award winner, which will be identified by a panel of healthcare professionals (non-Cassling personnel), will be announced at the same seminar, which takes place in Omaha, Nebraska, on August 25-26, 2025.

According to Brian Bradfield, COO at Cassling, the impact of this award goes far beyond the imaging community.

“Behind every patient that is cared for by the imaging team is a ton of a people—children, parents, spouses, siblings, employers, neighbors—and that’s just the beginning,” Bradfield said.

“We really started this award because we want to take the best of the best of what is working in healthcare and share it with the world. To help imaging departments everywhere take better care of their patients and their employees, which has a ripple effect throughout communities that is often beyond what we ever see or even realize.”

The award will accept entries from nearly every type of organization: critical access hospital, regional hospital, academic medical center, health system, standalone imaging center, physician’s office/clinic, or surgery center, as well as every imaging modality.
