Technologist Using Cassling PortalWith the launch of an unprecedented web platform, Midwest customers who rely on Cassling’s award-winning service team can now quickly see service history and contracts, view organizational data and instantly make service requests.

Omaha, Neb. (June 17, 2024) – Cassling has launched a platform that makes imaging equipment service interactions and overall customer service more seamless than ever.

Cassling Portal is a brand-new, web-based platform designed exclusively for our Cassling Equipment Service customers in the Midwest (Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Illinois and Missouri). The application offers a suite of self-service capabilities, access to account information and streamlined communication with Cassling.

“Our customers asked for a frictionless customer experience that allows access to their account information when they need it most, and Portal delivers,” said Brian Bradfield, Chief Operations Officer at Cassling. “We’re always looking for ways to improve our delivery of award-winning service, and Portal lets people on the frontlines of the imaging field make service requests instantly, all while letting our team respond to those requests more quickly than ever.”

  • Convenient Access: Easily get information about your facility and interact with Cassling when and how you want.
  • Self-service: View equipment information and access key documents when needed – no digging for files or jumping through hoops!
  • Enhanced Customer Experience: Get more direct and personalized interactions with your service team. Not sure who to call? Your Cassling contact’s information is right on the Portal home page.
  • Increased Efficiency: Critical business information is at your fingertips. Plus: Submit a service request in just four clicks.

“No more searching for phone numbers, parts numbers or institutional details,” said Bradfield. “That data is in Portal and ready for you to use at once. Our users are gaining unprecedented visibility into documentation, including service contracts, work order history, preventive maintenance (PM) and so much more. With Portal, your customer data is more accessible than ever, allowing you more time to compassionately serve your patients.”

The built-in documentation and ease of access available via Portal has already been found by some health systems to provide an excellent source of truth for Joint Commission accreditation processes.

In addition to seeing necessary documentation and making service requests instantly, users are able to see the status of their service requests and estimate when equipment is approaching its end-of-support date. This creates a budget process built on data-driven, informed decisions about service options and future imaging needs.

To request access, visit https://portal.cassling.com/request_access. We’ll verify your status as a Midwest Cassling customer and reach out to let you know when your organization is ready to start using Portal.
