IIU-20-Year-Logo-2023In 2023, Cassling provided nearly 5,000 free Continuing Education credits to imaging professionals around the country.

Omaha, Neb. (February 6, 2024) Cassling, a family-owned company providing hospital providers of all sizes with imaging and therapeutic technology, services and solutions, is excited to announce the 20th anniversary of its nationwide Continuing Education program, Investing In You.

The program offers opportunities for radiologic technologists and sonographers to learn about the latest industry trends and meet their yearly certification requirements free of charge.

“It’s exciting to think about the thousands of people around the country who have continued to expand their depth of knowledge through this free program,” said Ellie Stanard, events specialist and head of Investing In You. “We know how important it is for compassionate, intelligent imaging professionals to stay on the cutting edge of their fields, so we’re honored to mark this 20-year milestone, and we look forward to continuing to grow in order to best serve the imaging community.”

Education is one of the ways Cassling moves forward its mission to strengthen community healthcare. What began as an in-person seminar in a small conference room back in 2004 has grown bigger than ever in 2024. Radiology and sonography teams can look forward to a myriad of programs designed to help them remain on the cutting-edge:

  • Monthly live webinars with a number of topics ranging from highly clinical best practices and technology to subjects that emphasize the importance of cooperation, empathy, communication and more.
  • The return of the Cassling Leadership Institute, featuring subject matter experts helping the executives of today (and tomorrow) understand modern leadership trends and put them into practice at their own facilities.
  • Investing In You Omaha, Cassling’s in-person event, happening this August and featuring dynamic speakers as well as the presence of the Mobile Mammography truck, “Mammo Mandy,” from Siemens Healthineers, featuring the latest in 3D mammography systems.
  • An ever-growing and ever-changing library of on-demand webinars that participants can watch anytime, anywhere, that works best for their schedule.

In addition to Investing In You, Cassling supports an annual scholarship through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). It also sponsors a 3D printing scholarship for imaging professionals who want to evolve their roles in that dynamic field. And, through their annual complimentary Rad Tech Week and Medical Ultrasound Awareness Month promotional materials, Cassling also continues to highlight the hard work and educational prowess of imaging teams everywhere.

These are so helpful and packed full of pertinent knowledge,” said one recent webinar attendee, a clinic manager. “I really cannot believe these are available and I am so grateful I found them."

All webinars, unless otherwise noted, are worth 1.0 Continuing Education credit from the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. These credits are also accepted by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
