Our values, ethics and especially our organizational culture fill our sails and propel us forward! But individual and organizational values are often intertwined at work. However, what we value as individuals may be a little different than what the organization values. These divergent views of values sometimes cause conflict, but at the same time, these differences can create a culture of creativity and growth. We’re going to examine some of the reasons people in organizations may behave outside their values box, and why great leaders build great cultures.
