Dr. Kristina Faimon, A Daring Way Certified Trainer, will lead an important discussion about mental wellness and how to cultivate a sense of wellness in the workplace and beyond. She will highlight how to apply the basic concepts, processes and goals of the “Rising Strong” research of Dr. Brené Brown emphasizing how to rise from our falls, overcome our mistakes and face hurt in a way that brings you more wisdom and wholeheartedness to our lives. Understanding these concepts can take your leadership strategy to a whole new level.

Dr. Faimon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience in clinical, teaching, and community work. She received her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Faimon had the pleasure of studying with Dr. Brené Brown and is certified in the Daring Way.
