Dr. Lorneka Joseph

Pharmacist, Speaker and Wellness Coach

Dr. Joseph is a pharmacist, author, professional speaker and wellness coach. She has traveled the world helping working professionals declutter their lifestyles, reduce stress and avoid the perils of chasing perfection.

Her work has been featured in Forbes, Women Own Excellence and Essence magazines, as well as Comcast TV. She has been recognized by the Allen Entrepreneurial Institute and Taraji P. Henson’s mental health foundation. Dr. Joseph graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University and was an inductee to the Miami Dade College 2016 Alumni Hall of Fame.

Dr. Joseph is from the Bahamas and currently resides in Florida. Her own version of self-care involves massages, binge-watching comfort tv and spending time with loved ones, and she is passionate about helping others find their own self-care outlets.
