Over the past 15 years, Cassling has offered continuing education credits to radiologic technologists, sonographers, managers and others in the imaging field through our Investing In You program. Last year alone, our initiative to make all of our webinars available on-demand meant that thousands of imaging professionals were able to obtain CEs from the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). This helped keep their certifications up to date while picking up managerial best practices, the latest innovations in imaging technology and more.
This year, I’m honored to announce an expansion of Investing In You. With the help of our education partner, Bellevue University, our new program provides meaningful development to those who chart the course for healthcare strategy throughout their organizations and the country as a whole.
The Cassling Leadership Institute is tailored to executives, board members and other leaders within the healthcare industry. Starting this February, persons interested in advancing their existing skills will benefit from evidence-based continuing education presented in quarterly webinars.
Focusing on the topics most relevant to healthcare execs, these courses are an opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills, prepare for the latest trends in hospital management and steer your healthcare system through the challenges that lie ahead in 2019 and well into the future. It takes a special kind of leader to navigate the potential minefield of regulatory changes, declining reimbursement rates, accountable care organization development challenges, interpersonal/generational managerial difficulties and the always-shifting goalposts of managing a hospital bureaucracy.
The Cassling Leadership Institute is for those who welcome these challenges with open arms. We’ve had an incredible time working with the Bellevue University team to put together this curriculum and ensure the topics covered are exactly what leaders are looking for in today’s healthcare landscape.
