Committed, hard worker, team player – these are the exact words a company hopes to hear when describing an employee, and just a few of the adjectives used to describe Cassling Field Service Engineer (FSE) Dan Zampogna. After 20 years, Dan continues to wow his managers, peers and customers with his willingness to lend a hand and “go the extra mile” to get things done.
“I would like to congratulate Dan for hitting the 20-year mark with Cassling!” said Regional Service Manager Chris Decker. “I’ve worked with Dan for the last 9 years as an engineer and as his manager. I’ve always been impressed by how he goes the extra mile to take great care of his customers. Dan is also a great team player and helps out his peers any time they need it. It seems like just yesterday we were celebrating his 15-year anniversary with Cassling. Here is to many more excellent years of working together. Thanks for everything you do for our Iowa team and customers, Dan!”

“I met Dan Z. on an Ultimax install when he was working at the University of Iowa,” recalls fellow FSE Tyler Driever. “I was impressed how he was able to handle the working ‘conditions’ that Mark Zobeck and I put him through and remember thinking he might be a good fit at Cassling. Cut to 20 years later and here we are. Dan is a great asset to Cassling, and for 18 years we have worked well together as a team. I appreciate all his help and expertise over the years.
