From Field Service Engineer (FSE) to Account Executive (AE), Jay Tolsma’s role has evolved over his 20-year career with Cassling, but what hasn’t changed is Jay’s dedication to the job and his colleagues.
His success has been anything but static, as pointed out by Cassling leaders and his peers:“Jay is as successful as he is dependable,” said Kendall Sidoruk, Regional Vice President of Sales. “Jay embraces the Cassling culture and always takes care of his customers the ‘Cassling Way’ with integrity, initiative and humility. He brings so much to the Midwest team, especially with his experience on the service team. I appreciate that I can always count on Jay to deliver results and a good laugh. Congratulations, Jay!”
“Congratulations to Jay on reaching 20 years with Cassling, it’s been quite a ride!” said Mark Groeneweg, Regional Service Manager. “He came to us with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove! His fiery attitude raises the level of energy and sets the bar for getting things done.
“Jay has been a big part of Cassling's success, from starting as an FSE in Sioux Falls, moving to Spirit Lake at Bob Cassling's request, taking an AE position in North Dakota and then moving back to Sioux Falls to cover South Dakota.
“Jay had a special relationship with Bob Cassling. I remember Bob saying, ‘He’s going to be in sales someday.’ He was right, Jay has become one of the best! We all know how stressful this industry can be, but Jay makes it enjoyable with his work ethic, honesty and humor. Thank you, Jay, for making the last 20 years exciting and fun!”
