Before you can decide where to go, it’s important that you know where to start. Your preferences for getting things done may conflict with how others like to do things. This session provides an opportunity to reflect on your own personality traits and how you communicate, solve problems and work with others.

Learning Objectives

1.

Identify how individual preferences and personality traits affect your leadership

2.

Demonstrate how to apply different personality types to different aspects of performance

3.

Recognize how your own personality affects communication, problem solving and creativity
