Overview:

We all know that to be a successful technologist, a part of the job is getting along with your teammates, working together and being a good listener. But sometimes you can’t help but think, “how the heck did I get stuck with you?!” During this webinar, we will discuss the integral parts of working on a team including differing types of communication and strategies to deal with difficult or negative types of people. To bring it all together, we will answer the question of how to get along with these types of people and play nice together in the ‘sandbox’ of our jobs

Diane Hutton, BA, RT(R), ARRT

Diane Hutton has been an imaging professional for over 44 years, spending most of her career in a hospital setting. She has worked in various modalities, including CT and Special Procedures, but has always come back to diagnostic, where her true love has always been. 

She had the honor of being recognized by her peers and the ASRT at the recent conference by receiving the 2019 ASRT Individual Advocacy award. She continues to volunteer and work on behalf of the profession through ASRT and through her state affiliate of Missouri. At the state, she remains the legislative chair as well as the conference coordinator for the annual conference held in April.

During her last twenty years or so, she has been in the education arena working with students as well as training new technologists.
