This year, we’re proud to celebrate three outstanding employees who have reached an incredible milestone of 20 years of service.

Cameron Johnsen, The Steady Hand Behind the Scenes
Precise. Dependable. Consistent. These are some of the qualities that define not only great imaging technology, but also the service professionals who keep it running. Cassling Field Service Engineer Cameron Johnsen is no exception.
For the past two decades, Cameron has been a pillar of reliability for both customers and his teammates on the South Dakota team. Whether he’s maintaining systems or mentoring the next generation of engineers, his work behind the scenes ensures patients in the Sioux City area receive the high-quality care they deserve.
As Regional Service Manager Mark Groeneweg shared:
"Over the last 20 years, Cameron has taken care of XP and AX systems in and around the Sioux City area. Throughout that time, Cameron has built a reputation of trust with his customers which, coupled with his excellent technical ability, explains why there is a strong Cassling presence in the area.”
“I've had the pleasure of working with Cameron for the past 8 years, and he's always been there to lend a hand whenever needed,” said Kelly Meyer, Field Service Engineer.
“Cameron embodies our belief in Expanding Excellence by delivering world-class service to customers,” said Shawn Pew, Vice President of Service. “He builds the trust and reliability that are essential for taking care of our customers and advancing our mission to strengthen community healthcare."
Cameron’s impact goes well beyond his technical expertise. He is a trusted partner to his teammates and a dependable resource.


Courtney Glover, A Legacy of Sales and Service
For 20 years, Courtney Glover has built an impressive sales career rooted in service, teamwork and dedication. But what makes her story even more meaningful is that a successful career at Cassling runs in the family.
Courtney’s father, Ken Sullivan, was Cassling’s fourth employee and served as a Regional Sales Director during the company’s early years. His influence and example paved the way for Courtney’s own journey in the healthcare industry, and his legacy clearly lives on in the way she approaches her work, with integrity, passion and a relentless focus on improving the lives of patients and supporting those who serve them.
Few understand the weight and pride of carrying a family legacy quite like Kathy Osborne, whose father, Ken Vetter, also shares a storied history with Cassling.
“I would like to wish Courtney a big congratulations on her 20-year anniversary with Cassling,” said Kathy. “She and I both grew up in the industry and are blessed to have worked with our dads, which gives us a unique bond. I am sure Ken is very proud of the successes Courtney has had over the years. She is not just a co-worker but has been a great friend to me.”
Courtney is admired by her peers not just for her experience, but for the positivity she brings to the team every day.
“Your dedication to your customers and your team is inspiring. You bring hustle and heart to everything you do and embody what it means to deliver value through teamwork,” said Lakeesha Smith, Vice President of Sales. “I’m proud to have you on the sales team and grateful for all the ways you’ve contributed to our success.”
“It truly has been inspiring to watch you grow up in this industry,” said Dan Olson, Account Executive. “Your passion, positive attitude, perseverance and willingness to help have been the foundation of so many successes. Thank you for your support and, most importantly, your friendship!”
Courtney’s 20-year milestone is a celebration of dedication, character and the kind of legacy that shapes not only a career, but an entire team. She represents the best of Cassling, and we’re lucky to call her one of our own.

Jay Daniels, Adaptability in Action
Over the past two decades, Jay Daniels has worn many hats in Cassling’s service division, from PACS and Field Service Engineer to his current role as Project Manager. In each role, Jay has showcased his adaptability, dedication and unparalleled commitment to excellence.
Colleagues have described Jay as organized, resourceful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure success.
“When I was actively managing projects, I could always count on Jay as one of the first to respond when I needed support or had questions about a project issue,” said Toby Vincent, Director of Project Management. “Now as director, Jay’s value to the team stands out even more.”
“Many of our customers over the years have said how much they love Jay’s service because of his communication, sense of urgency and attention to detail,” said Tim Elder, Regional Service Manager. “His work has led to great equipment installations, new equipment sales and new/renewed service agreements. I appreciate how hard he works. I know that when I work with him, the job will get done well.”
“From PACS to FSE to PM, Jay has been around the Cassling block a time or two,” said Shawn Pew. “No matter the job title or task, Jay has always been steadfast in delivering top-notch service. Thank you, Jay, for all you have done for Cassling and our customers and congratulations on your 20-year service anniversary!”
“I am truly amazed at how you manage multiple projects, how easily you connect with others and how you deliver outstanding service to our customers year after year!” said Dan Olson. Your attention to detail is extraordinary. I want to thank you wholeheartedly for being a great coworker and, more importantly, a friend! Once again, congratulations on your work anniversary.”
Whether he’s delivering top-notch service to customers, managing complex projects with precision or mentoring his teammates through detailed storyboards and insightful guidance, Jay’s contributions resonate across the entire organization.
