Commitment to Care: Recognizing Cassling’s 2025 Retirees

by Cassling on Dec 19, 2025

Every day, our customers work tirelessly to care for patients. Supporting them in that mission is a privilege we never take for granted.

This year, we celebrate the employees who have spent their careers standing behind those customers by servicing their equipment, supporting their teams and facilities and, ultimately, ensuring patients receive the high-quality care they deserve.

As these Cassling employees step into retirement, we are grateful for their commitment to service and our mission of strengthening community healthcare.

With a combined 158 years of service, together they leave behind a meaningful impact on Cassling, our customers and the communities they serve.

Duane Losh, Field Service Engineer, 37 years of service

Duane Losh has been a dependable presence at Cassling for almost as long as the company has been around. He has earned a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and unwavering reliability, all with a smile on his face.

As one of the longest-tenured Field Service Engineers, Duane has witnessed and adapted to the evolution of healthcare imaging, from X-ray equipment with film processors to today’s high-tech robotic Cath labs, always ensuring that his customers could provide the highest-quality care to their patients.

Duane has been a mentor to countless new engineers, passing along the values he learned from the company’s earliest leaders. His dedication to building trusting relationships with customers and teammates has set a standard for excellence that will continue to guide Cassling for years to come.

In recognition of his remarkable service and cultural leadership, Duane was the 2024 recipient of the Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award, honoring employees who go above and beyond in delivering top-tier service and exemplifying Cassling’s mission.

Mike Tinsley, Project Manager, 25 years of service

Mike Tinsley, known for his technical expertise and work ethic, has been a trusted resource and go-to expert for customers and teammates across Kansas for a quarter of a century. Serving as a field service engineer and later a project manager, Mike was valued by customers for his problem-solving mindset, and his colleagues describe him as a steady mentor who always makes time to guide others.

Mike can be trusted to tell his teammates what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. His ability to talk through an issue rather than dictate a solution has shaped the culture of learning on the service team, building new engineers’ confidence and, in turn, strengthening the support customers receive.
