Toby-Vincent_BobCasslingServiceAward-1With an average tenure hovering around 15 years, Cassling is proud of our knowledgeable and loyal employees who embody the culture we’ve created over the past 40 years, and Toby Vincent is no exception. Toby celebrated 20 years with Cassling in January of 2023, and he’s been described by his colleagues as invaluable, dedicated, hard-working and reliable. These are just a few of the many adjectives that make him a fitting recipient of this year’s Bob Cassling Service Excellence Award.

The award, in its eleventh year, recognizes an employee who embraces and exemplifies the organization’s culture and dedication to providing world-class service. It was established in memory of my father, Bob Cassling, who was passionate about every facet of service and the impact exceptional service has on employees and customers alike.

“Without our people, there is no Cassling culture,” said Kyle Salem, PhD, President and CEO of Cassling. “Toby, while one of the many employees who embody our culture, does so in a manner that is effortless and an example for others. His attention to detail, coupled with his willingness to step in whenever needed, are what make him an exceptional employee, manager and teammate. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor, Toby.”

“I’d like to congratulate Toby on receiving this esteemed award,” said Shawn Pew, Vice President of Service at Cassling, “When I think of world-class service and commitment to excellence, Toby immediately comes to mind. His tenacity is unmatched.

I can always count on Toby for his unwavering commitment to Cassling and our customers and be assured he is doing whatever it takes for Cassling to remain successful and to continue to provide the best service in the industry. He is a huge asset to the Cassling Service Team and our customers.”
Toby Vincent in a Clinical Environment“Since coming on to the Project Management team, and even more so after becoming director, Toby has always been an invaluable resource and offers consistent support,” said Jay Daniels. “He has a clear vision of how to improve the overall team while still understanding what it’s like in the trenches. He’s one of those guys that just ‘gets it.’”

“I’ve had to come in after Toby has been Project Manager,” said Mike Tinsley. “The shoes I’ve had to fill have been massive. The amount of knowledge he has is incredible. I have had the pleasure to work with Toby as a coworker and as the Director of Project Management. Cassling is lucky to have a dedicated and knowledgeable director like Toby.”

I am grateful for the opportunity to present this award each year to employees like Toby Vincent. Thank you, Toby, for your service to Cassling’s employees and our customers. Your commitment to excellence ensures that Cassling’s mission to strengthen community healthcare continues for the next 40 years and beyond.
